At Hampden Clothing, we want you to love your curated pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged merchandise within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all sale items marked 50% off or greater are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location within 3 business days of generating your return label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus a $10 restocking fee, within 5-7 business days.
